Likewise your credentials are safe with us, and will never be transferred out of our control to anyone - even in a watered down form and to academia, as was AOL's excuse, even if someone as trustworthy as Guido and Luigi promise to pay us lots of money.
We're looking for a similar commitment from you: the web is few years old now, and basic standards of netiquette are generally established. So, use an appropriate Subject line when you contact us - and don't modify it unless it represents a truly different thread. We use gmail sometimes - you probably do too. Don't include our email address in the clear with a hundred of your closest friends - use BCC to hide us - ...and we will do the same to you.
